The job nobody notices until something breaks

Changing the process
That's when I made a process change. We switched from paper inspection forms to a digital checklist on tablets. Same people, same fixtures, but the data went into a shared log instead of a filing cabinet. It cut our turnaround from five days to two. It also eliminated the data entry errors we used to have when someone typed a finish code wrong.
